Windows 10: how much RAM does the graphics card have?
- Open the settings via the start menu.
- Select "System" and then "Screen" from the list on the left.
- Click "Advanced display settings" at the bottom.
- Again at the bottom click on "Show adapter properties".
- You will now see the properties of your graphics card in the "Graphics card" tab. For RAM memory information, see "Dedicated Video Memory". 1024 MB stand for 1 GB RAM.
Older Windows versions: How much RAM does the graphics card have?
- Open the "Control Panel" and click on "System and Security"> "System".
- At this point, select "Windows Performance Index".
- On the right under the grading of your system you will find the following text: "Display and print detailed performance and system information". Click on it.
- If necessary, scroll down a little here and read under "Graphics" next to "Dedicated graphics memory" the RAM memory of your graphics card in MB. 1024 MB stand for 1 GB RAM.
