Wii U won't start - what to do?
If your Wii U doesn't start anymore, it could be due to a simple carelessness or a serious mistake. We'll show you how to solve the problem.
Wii U won't start anymore - that can help
If the Wii U no longer starts, this is often due to an incorrectly installed update of the console. In such a case, unfortunately, only a repair helps. However, there are a few steps you can try yourself beforehand:
- Disconnect the Wii U completely, remove all plugs. Reconnect the power cable after about 10 seconds and start the console.
- Hold down the power button on the console for about 10 seconds. Now try to start the console as well.
- If the Wii U is already running but does not provide an image, it may be due to the HDMI cable. Check the cable on another device and replace it if necessary.
