Windows 10 Bootloop - you can do that
If you have a boot loop due to an update in Windows 10, this can be annoying in the long run. In this practical tip we will tell you what you can do about it.
Windows 10 bootloop - what to do?
First try to shut down your PC completely and then wait a few seconds before turning it on again. In some cases this way can already fix the problem. If not, try the following:
- Download this Fix-It on another PC and drag it to a USB stick.
- Then start Windows 10 in Safe Mode so you can access the file.
- Then run the Fix-It on the PC and wait for the process to finish.
- If the error is still not resolved, you will have to wait until Microsoft releases another update.
- Tip: Otherwise you can still try to reset the Windows Update. In the list of installed updates, look for the update "KB3194496" and uninstall it.
