Windows 10: Show data usage - how it works
In Windows 10, you can view your data usage for the past 30 days. Similar to the smartphone, you can see exactly how many GByte you have used in the WiFi and mobile network.
Show data usage in Windows 10 - how it works
- Click on the Windows icon at the bottom left and select "Settings". Alternatively, press the key combination [Windows] + [i].
- In the new window, switch to the "Network and Internet" category.
- Then click on "Data usage" on the left.
- Here you can see the data usage of the last 30 days displayed broken down by WLAN, LAN and (if available) mobile data.
- Tip: If you click on "Show usage per app" below the display, you will see the exact data consumption of individual programs.
