Windows 10: Uninstall individual updates - how it works
If individual updates cause problems in Windows 10, you can uninstall them manually. This works easily with the Windows board resources. We show you exactly how to proceed.
Windows 10: Uninstall system updates
Windows 10 automatically installs new system updates. If one of the updates causes errors, you can uninstall them later:
- To do this, click on the Windows icon at the bottom left and select "Settings". Alternatively, use the key combination [Windows] + [I].
- In the "Update and Security" category, open the "Windows Update" tab.
- Click on "Advanced Options" and then "Show update history".
- Here you opted for the "Uninstall updates" option.
- Finally select the desired update from the list and click on "Uninstall".
