For a well-organized schedule, you should synchronize the Windows 10 calendar with iOS. So you can access the calendar from the computer and also from the iPhone / iPad. We explain step by step how to set up the synchronization in our guide.
Sync Windows 10 Calendar with iOS
You can synchronize your calendars with little effort.
- All you have to do is open "Windows tile"> "Settings" in the Windows 10 Calendar app.
- Then click on Accounts and then on "Add Account".
- Now you can add either an Outlook, Google or iCloud account. Make sure that you also use the corresponding account on your iOS device.
- After setting up, click on the account and select the item "Change synchronization settings for mailbox".
- Then open "Synchronize contacts and calendars" to set a synchronization interval. For example, "Every 15 minutes".
Set up calendar on iOS
Now you have to make sure that the account is also used on the iPhone:
- With an iCloud account, all you have to do is open the item of the same name in the iOS settings and activate the "Calendar" option.
- For another account, you will find the option under "Mail, Contacts, Calendar"> "Account Name".
- In addition, you can click on "Calendar" in the iOS calendar app and select which calendars should be displayed.
