In addition to Windows 10, many smartphones and tablets also support Miracast. Current TV models are also compatible. Alternatively, you can retrofit the function with a Miracast stick on TVs and monitors.
- Connect the Miracast stick to your TV via HDMI. Most devices must also be connected to the USB port on the TV using a USB cable.
- Switch from the TV program to the HDMI input on your television. If your TV already supports Miracast, search for the corresponding app on the device.
- Start your computer and simultaneously press the [Windows] and [A] keys. A menu opens on the right. Click on the "Connect" tile below and select the Miracast device. The connection is then established.
- Press [Windows] and [A] again and click the "Project" tile. Here you can choose between different forms of transmission.
- If the picture does not appear on your TV immediately, select another HDMI input in the TV menu.
