- Therefore, open the "Settings" in the Start menu and look under "Update and Security" for the latest updates. This will probably solve your problem already.

If an update did not help, try the following steps:
- Open the Control Panel and select the category "Network and Internet".

- Press the [Windows] and [R] keys simultaneously so that the "Execute" command opens.

- Open the "Network adapters" category below and right-click on one.
- Select the "Uninstall" option and confirm the process.
- Repeat these steps for all existing network adapters and then restart Windows.
