Activate the speech, Windows 10 reads every text and every control that you touch with the mouse. The feature is buried in the settings:
- Therefore, click on "Settings" in the Start menu or use the key combination [Windows] + [I].
- There you select the entry "Ease of use".
- Slide the "Speech output" slider to the right under the category of the same name.
- Alternatively, activate the voice output with the key combination [Windows] + [Enter].
