Windows 10 update: error code 80246007 - what to do?

- Press the "Windows" and "R" keys simultaneously so that the "Execute" command opens.
- Enter "services.msc" here and confirm with "OK". Then the "Services" start.
- Look for "Intelligent Background Transfer Service" in the list and open it with a double click.
- Set the "Start Type" to "Automatic (Delayed Start)" and if possible click the "Start" button.
- Close the window with the "OK" button and carry out the installation of the updates again.
