Windows 7: printer is not displayed - what to do?

- First, right-click on the start bar at the bottom left and select "Properties".
- Switch to the "Start menu" tab and click the "Customize ..." button.
- Scroll down a bit under "Customize start menu" and finally remove the checkmark from "Devices and printers" - Confirm with "OK".
- Now take a look at "Control Panel"> "Devices and Printers" to see if the printers are now displayed again.
- If this is not the case, go to "Control Panel"> "Services" in the Control Panel.
- Search the list for "Bluetooth support service" and double click on it.
- Change the "Start type" to "Automatic" and save with "OK". Then restart the PC and check whether the printer is displayed.
