Disable automatic arranging of the desktop windows
- Click on "Start" or on the Windows symbol at the bottom left and enter "Control Panel" in the search. Select the corresponding search result.
- Click on "Ease of use".
- Then click under the item "Center for easier operation" on the entry "Change how the mouse works".
- Place a check mark in front of "Prevent windows from being automatically arranged when they are moved to the edge of the screen".
- Confirm with a click on "Apply".
