- Right-click in an empty area on your taskbar.
- Select "Properties" in the context menu.
- In the new window, click on the third tab labeled "Toolbars".
- Place a checkmark in front of "Address", "Links", "Tablet PC input area" and "Desktop" as required.
- Then click "Apply" and then "OK".
