Weather apps for the desktop or for your browser are far more convenient and informative. Here are two alternatives:
- With the browser extensions AniWeather for Google Chrome and AniWeather for Firefox, you can get the weather directly into your browser. This can be called up immediately via a button in the menu bar.
- With the free program AccuWeather for Windows Slate you get a desktop application that also offers you a lot of additional information about the current and upcoming weather.
