Terminate crashed programs and processes with the Task Manager
With the following steps you can reach the Task Manager of Windows 7. Here you can simply end programs and processes.
- Simultaneously press the [Ctrl] + [Shift] + [Esc] keys to open the Task Manager.
- You can now mark a crashed program with a click of the mouse. Then click the "End Task" button below to close the program.
- To end processes, select the »Processes« tab. Here you can mark the desired processes and then switch them off with the »End process« button.
