Windows Explorer: Open multiple folders at the same time
If you work with several folders in Windows Explorer, you can also open them at the same time. We'll show you exactly how it works.
Windows Explorer: Open multiple folders at the same time
- First, mark all the folders you want. To do this, hold down the [Ctrl] key and click on each folder one after the other. To select an entire row of folders, click the first folder in the row, then hold down the Shift key and select the last folder in the row.
- Then hold down the [Ctrl] key and double-click on one of the folders. Then each selected folder opens in a window. Alternatively, if you use the Shift key, the same thing happens, but the clicked folder opens in the same window.
- Note: The principle works not only with folders but also with files. For example, you can open multiple images at once.
