Windows Explorer: Include network folder as drive
You can easily integrate a network folder as a drive using Windows Explorer. In this practical tip we will show you how.
Add network folder as a drive in Windows 7
- Click Start, and then click Computer.
- Select the "Map network drive" option at the top of the tab.
- Now a new window opens. Find a letter for the new drive and click the "Browse" button.
- Wait a moment for your computer to scan for possible network folders. Then select the folder you want to include as a drive.
- Click "OK" and "Finish". You will then find the network folder in your "Computer" under "Network address".
