Open the error log in Windows
The error log is part of the event viewer in all versions of Windows. The procedure for opening has remained the same since Windows XP:
- First start the Control Panel on your computer.
- In the "System and Security" category, click on "Administration".
- Then double click on the "Event Viewer" entry.
- A new window opens in which you can find all the errors in the system and in individual programs with precise information.
