No matter whether you want to install Windows 10, Windows 8 or Windows 7 - if there are problems, the installation must be canceled. You should note the following points:
- Basically, if the current Windows installation is canceled, for example because of a problem, you have to start the process again.
- Any updates for the installation must also be downloaded and installed again.
- If you have reinstalled Windows on the computer, but the setup was canceled, there is no operating system on the PC. However, you can only use your computer if an operating system has been installed.
- If you update from an old version of Windows, you may still be able to use the other operating system.
- If this is not the case, simply restart the installation of the operating system to be able to use the PC again.
- Tip: Before installation, find out whether your PC is compatible with the respective operating system. This may result in installation problems.
