If you use more than one email address in your Windows mail program, we will show you in this article how you can sort and arrange your accounts as you wish.
- First, create a linked inbox. To do this, proceed as follows: "Settings"> "Manage accounts"> "Link inboxes" (screenshot 1).
- Now a new window opens (screenshot 2). Here you select all e-mail addresses and confirm with the "Save" button. An inbox folder is generated, which links all email accounts.
- Now you return to the "Manage accounts" view (screenshot 1). Now select the first button "Linked Inbox".
- Then deselect all accounts one by one in the order you want, except for the account that you want to display later. If only one account remains, the linked inbox automatically changes to the remaining individual account.
- You may then have to restart Windows Mail so that all changes are applied.
