Setting up Windows Phone - 5 helpful tips
We give you five tips so that you can set up your Windows Phone correctly and use all functions correctly.
1. Windows Phone: Create and set up a Microsoft account
You should definitely create a Microsoft account so that you can fully use your Windows Phone. For example, you can use the Microsoft account to synchronize contacts and calendar entries, use OneDrive for automatic image backup, or download apps from the Windows Phone Store.
- You can easily create the Microsoft account on the PC.
- When you turn on your Windows Phone for the first time and are guided through the setup, you come to the point of setting up the Microsoft account on the Windows Phone. Now enter the email address and password. However, you can only now create a Microsoft account - directly on the Windows Phone.
2. Correctly set system settings on the Windows Phone
At Windows Phone, the settings are a bit confusing at first glance. That is why we give you a small overview of which settings you should make immediately - including the battery for love.
