Other possible errors in the Windows update
Below we have briefly summarized other causes and options for you:
- Switch off your antivirus program during the update process. Some updates are incorrectly considered a virus. Activate it again for the security of the PC!
- We recommend that you create regular restore points using System Restore. So you are on the safe side in case something goes wrong.
- Also check for updates on the Microsoft website. There are multiple problems with updates, especially under Windows 8.
- Also check that the hard disk has enough space.
- Did you agree to the license terms during the installation process? Check the error messages in the Windows Update and repeat an installation if necessary.
