- FAQ: The answers to many questions can already be found in the WinSIM FAQ. Simply search for your concerns on the website.
- E-mail: If the FAQ does not help you, you can use the contact form of WinSIM. Enter your name, your email address and your cell phone number here. Then describe your request and type the security code from the picture. Customer service usually responds within a few hours or days.
- Fax: Alternatively, you can fax your documents to 06181 70 830 99.
- Telephone: A customer hotline is also available at 06181 70 830 94. This can be reached around the clock. If you would like to conclude a new contract with WinSIM, use the order hotline 06181 70 830 84, which is open Monday to Saturday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. If you have lost your cell phone, you can also block your SIM card around the clock on 06181 70 83 044.
