Word: insert section break

Here's how: Insert a section change in Word
To hide page numbers in MS Word, for example, or to create just one page in landscape format, you need section breaks. The following steps will show you how to insert them:
- Start Word and switch to the "Page layout" tab. Then click on "Breaks".
- Select an option from the list that best suits your document.
- The Next Page option inserts the new section on the next page, while the Continuous type places the section on the same page. With the option "Even page" or "Odd page", the new section is inserted on the even or odd page.
