Word: Set justification
In this article, we show how you can insert justification in Word and thereby preserve the typical gaps or the spread font. Many find the justification particularly pleasant when writing. You only need to make a few settings for this.
How to set justification in Word
You can change the typeface in Word as often as you like. We will demonstrate how to insert justification using Word 2007, but you can do the same for other versions:
- Start an empty Word document. If you already have a text that you want to change in justification, open it and use the key combination [Ctrl] + [A] to mark the entire text. Alternatively, you can select just any section of text.
- Now click in the "Start" area under "Paragraph" on "Justification", the picture with the same length lines (see picture).
- Alternatively, you can set the justification with [Ctrl] + [B].
We will show you in another practical tip how you can change the bullets in Word.
