- Open a document in Word and click on the Office icon in the top left.
- In the open display, select the "Prepare" entry.
- Click on "Properties".
- The document properties line now opens under the Word menu bars. Here you can, for example, specify the "author", "title" or "keywords" of the document.
- Click the down arrow next to "Document Properties", open the "Advanced Properties". Here you can define further information such as "Company" and "Manager".
