Always start Word with a template - Here's how it works
To always start Word with a template, you just have to copy the desired file into the "AutoStart" folder. We'll tell you where to find it and how to do it.
Word: Special folder is responsible for the start template
As soon as you have inserted your template into the "AutoStart" folder, Word loads it automatically each time you start the program. This works in Word 2007 and Word 2010 versions.
- First copy the template that will be used every time you start.
- Now navigate to the following folder: "C: \ Users \ Marcel \ AppData \ Roaming \ Microsoft \ Word \ STARTUP". Simply paste the path into the navigation bar (see picture).
- Now all you have to do is insert your template into the folder.
We will show you how to create and save the template on the next page.
