Word: Let text flow around pictures - how it works
Word separates images from text by default. You can also let the text flow around an image - as in newspapers or magazines. We show you exactly how this works in this practical tip.
Word: integrate the image into the text
- Open your document in Word.
- Click on "Graphics" on the "Insert" tab and select an image.
- As soon as you insert the image, the "Image Tools" appear at the top.
- Select the "Format" tab and click the "Line break" button.
- Here you set the "Suitable" option.
- You can then either place the image in the text with the mouse or use the "Position" button to align it precisely.
