Wuaki.TV - This is what the new online video store offers
With Wuaki TV another streaming service comes to Germany and offers an extensive online video library. We will explain what exactly awaits you at Wutaki TV.
Wuaki.tv: The new video store with numerous European productions
- Wuaki.tv starts in Germany in November 2014, you can test the beta version in advance. According to its own statements, Wuaki.tv is already the market leader in Spain.
- In the video library you will find the "Harry Potter" films, Oscar films such as "Departed" or the "Hangover" series.
- Wuaki.tv has the following series in its contingent: "Bates Model", "Suits", "Warehouse 13", "Downton Abbey", "Castle" and "Grey's Anatomy". The offer grows daily.
- The streaming service is currently securing the rights of numerous Constantin Film productions. These include, for example, the films "Fack ju Göthe" and "Suburban Crocodiles".
- Wuaki.tv would like to focus on European productions. The video library includes "Solino", "An island called Udo", "Berlin 36" or "Goethe!".
- The films in the video library are available in German and, in many cases, in the original version.
- Users cannot book a subscription, such as with Netflix. Instead, the films are available on Wuaki.tv as single access to borrow and buy in SD and HD quality.
Users can use Ultraviolet
Ultraviolet is a cloud-based DRM (Digital Rights Management) management. When you buy a DVD or BlueRay, you often get a redemption code.
- You can also use this redemption code on Wuaki.tv. You can use it to download and stream the film.
- The concept should also work the other way around at Wuaki. This means that if you buy a stream with UltraViolet, you are also entitled to the DVD or BlueRay.
