XBOX One does not connect to WiFi - you can do that
If your Xbox One doesn't connect to Wi-Fi, you can do something about it by following certain instructions. We will show you how to proceed in the following practical tip.
XBOX One does not connect to WiFi - you can do that
You can connect to the Internet with just a few clicks.
- First click on the "Home button" of your controller.
- In the next step select "Settings" and then click on "All Settings".
- Then select "Network". The "Network" area is divided into three columns, each with different options for network settings.
- Select the second column "Current Network Status". This column gives you information about the network connection.
- Make sure that a good connection is displayed. If this is bad, look at other end devices to see whether there is also a bad WLAN connection. So make sure if the problem is with the router itself or with your Xbox One.
- Also, look for the third "All services are available" icon to ensure that all Xbox Live services are available. Otherwise you have to activate it later.
- Restarting Xbox One can also help the console connect to the Internet again.
