The Chinese manufacturer Xiaomi has only existed for a few years and has not yet fully opened up the German market. There are first smartphones and tablets from the provider in this country, but the manufacturer does not yet have a German customer service. If you have any problems, you must therefore contact the retailer from whom you bought your device or contact the Xiaomi English-speaking support.
- Hotline: You can reach employees by phone at 1833 942 6648. As Xiaomi is located in Singapore, customer service can only be reached from 02:00 to 12:00 German time. Also note that this is a foreign phone number. Under certain circumstances, this can lead to additional costs.
