XING Talent Manager - functions and costs
- The XING platform is a network of employees and employers. A total of 15 million users are registered in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, of which around 13 million are in Germany.
- Nowadays, many companies are no longer just waiting for applications, but are also actively looking for new employees. This system, called "Active Sourcing", is intended to significantly simplify the XING talent manager.
- An account costs companies at least 329 euros per month. License costs of EUR 3, 948 are incurred each year. Employees can create a free account or buy a premium account for € 9.99 a month with a term of three months. An annual subscription costs 7.99 euros per month.
This is how the talent manager works
- Companies upload job advertisements to XING.
- The advertisement is then automatically read out and Xing shows potential candidates.
- The companies can then get in touch with these candidates or browse anonymously on their profiles. You can also see the desired salary or the preferred place of work, if specified by the employees.
- HR managers can clearly manage the list of specialists who have applied and add their own notes.
