Cancel or change a Zalando order
Unfortunately, a Zalando order can hardly be canceled or changed. This practical tip shows you what you can do instead.
Cancellation is (almost) impossible with Zalando
You can only cancel or change your order at Zalando in exceptional cases:
- You can only cancel your order by an email to for the payment method "advance payment". This is not possible with all other payment methods.
- According to Zalando, your order is already in the shipping process less than five minutes after the online purchase.
- If you have typed in the wrong address, for example, you can prevent the delivery to the "DPD" with a quick call to Zalando: You can reach the service center free of charge on 0800 240 10 20 from Germany and on 0800 100 218 from Austria (Mon-Sun 8 am-10pm).
- However, since shipping and return shipping are free, at least you will not incur any costs. So you can also order another or the right article free of charge. Both are delivered separately.
- You will not only find the return slip in the box, but also in your user account under the menu item "Send item back". If you do not have a printer, Zalando will send you the bill again by post. An email to is sufficient.
