At Zalando, first contact customer service before sending the goods back.

- Make sure you have the order number ready and ideally your customer number.
- Alternatively, you can fill out this contact form. Enter a brief description of the damage in the contact form. If you know how the damage was caused, it's best to let us know immediately.
Once you have clarified your complaint with the online retailer, all you have to do is send the goods back to Zalando.
