Excel: Change the line spacing of one or all lines
- If you want to change the line spacing of a line, click in a single cell of the respective line.
- Then drag the lower or upper boundary line up or down above the marked number of lines on the left.
- If you want to change the spacing of all lines, mark all lines with the key combination [Ctrl] + [A].
- Then move the lower or upper boundary line at one of the selected line numbers. The line spacing is then changed for all lines.
