Books are the top discipline of Kindle e-readers. However, only a few know: You can also buy newspapers and magazines on Amazon and read them on Kindle.
Buy newspapers and magazines from the Kindle Store
You can buy newspapers in the Kindle Store not only through monthly subscriptions, but also as individual editions:
- At Amazon you will not only find the ePapers of many large German daily newspapers (eg "Frankfurter Allgemeine") and magazines (eg "Focus"), but also international newspapers such as the British "Spectator".
- Subscriptions are always limited to one month. The costs for German newspapers are between 10 and 30 euros. Single issues of digital magazines cost up to around three euros.
- However, the Kindle versions of the newspapers are usually sparser with pictures than the printed versions. For reasons of space, some short messages and messages are also omitted.
- All newspapers and magazines are available for the e-readers Kindle, Kindle Touch, Kindle Paperwhite, Fire, Fire HD, Fire HDX and Kindle Keyboard. You can also access your subscriptions via the Kindle app on your iOS or Android device.
