Resetting a smartphone to factory settings corresponds to what is known as a hard reset. This practical tip explains how you can do this with the ZTE Blade V6 and thus reset all software changes to their original state.

Caution: The hard reset is accompanied by the loss of all data and settings (SMS, installed apps, contacts etc.). If you want to avoid data loss during a hard reset, you should create a backup of your data beforehand.
- Open the app overview and start the "Settings" app of your ZTE Blade V6.
- Here you scroll down a bit and select "Save & reset" (see screenshot).
- In the next menu, tap "Reset to factory settings".
- You must then confirm the security question with "Reset device" in order to carry out a hard reset to the factory settings.
- Finally, the ZTE Blade V6 restarts. This process can take some time (up to two minutes). The software is then in the delivery state on the software side.
