Empty clipboard in Windows 8 - how it works
If you don't want to leave any traces on a computer, you can empty the clipboard under Windows 8. We'll show you how it's done.
Windows 8: Empty clipboard
- Press the "Windows" and "R" keys simultaneously so that the "Execute" command opens.
- Enter cmd / c "echo off | clip" here and click "OK".
- Now the black prompt opens, the clipboard is emptied.
