You can find and view all current recall campaigns on an Apple website. So if you have a problem with your iPhone or another Apple device, feel free to drop by. Perhaps Apple has discovered this manufacturer error and started a recall:
- You can find an overview of all Apple recall campaigns, also known as the "exchange program", on the exchange and repair extension website.
Recall: Check exchange eligibility
If you have an error on your device, you can also check online whether your device is entitled to this recall.
- To do this, go to the Apple exchange program website and select the appropriate recall.
- Enter your country on the left below the photo.
- Now you only need to enter your serial number to check whether your device is authorized to replace it.
