Convert batch file to EXE file
By converting your batch file into an EXE file, you can add even more information to your project - for example, an icon or the product version. In this practical tip, we will show you which program makes it easy.
Convert batch file to EXE
- Download the "Bat to Exe Converter". Unzip the file after downloading.
- Start either the 32-bit or 64-bit version of the program. If you need help with this, you can read here whether you are using a 32- or 64-bit Windows.
- Click the button with the three dots at the top right next to the "Batch file" entry. Now use the Explorer to select the batch file you want to convert.
- Below you will find the "Save as:" option. If you would like to select a different directory, click the button with the three dots again and define a new storage location.
- You can add various information to your EXE file using the tabs. Via the "Version information" tab, you can, for example, add an icon file or include some information about the version.
- Finally, click the "Compile" button at the bottom left of the program. The finished EXE file can now be found in the previously specified location.
You can also create your own icons to customize your EXE file.
