Submit complaint online and offline to Condor
- If your flight was delayed unusually long or if you request compensation for other reasons, you can file a complaint with Condor. To do this, use the form on the following Condor website.
- Alternatively, you can submit your complaint by phone. To do this, call +49 (0) 180 6 767767. A call from the German landline costs 20 cents per minute, from the mobile network a maximum of 60 cents.
- A written complaint by post is also possible. Please use the following address: Condor Flugdienst GmbH, Condor Platz, 60549 Frankfurt am Main.
