Crowdinvesting - there are these pages
Numerous crowdinvesting platforms bring startups and small investors together. We present the three most important pages and show you the differences.
Crowdinvesting site number 1: "Seedmatch"
The crowd investing site "Seedmatch" has so far successfully financed most projects - some with a volume of over 100, 000 euros.
- Company founders can already have amounts financed from 250 euros. Investors are available from 50 euros.
- The fees depend on the amount of funding and success and range between five and ten percent.
- With a successfully financed startup, companies can cancel their investment after two years, investors after five to seven years.
"Investment side" for technology projects
- The crowdinvesting site "Conda" specializes in startups and ideas from the technology scene. You can invest from 100 euros.
- The special thing about "Conda": Similar to well-known crowdfunding sites (Indiegogo, Startnext, etc.), you can invest different amounts and receive a special rate on top in addition to a previously set base rate. Depending on the amount of the investment, this can be a higher interest rate or a voucher for an e-bike.
- The investment fee is 7.5% + project-dependent preliminary inspection costs.
- Investors can sell their share of the subordinated loan at any time after three years under the substance use law. Companies after 10 years (substance use law).
"Companisto" crowd investing with real company participation
- With "Companisto" you can invest amounts from 5 euros. The portal is therefore also suitable for spontaneous investors.
- The projects run for between 8 and 12 years.
- The platform charges a 9 percent fee, which also includes payment processing.
- High codetermination value: If the startup is bought up, the consent of at least three quarters of the crowd investing users is required.
Conclusion
While most projects can be financed through "Seedmatch" due to its size and popularity, "Companisto" offers the most attractive investing with its long-term participation and high participation. Nevertheless, you should note that only a few startups make the big breakthrough.
