Delete individual pages in OpenOffice - how it works
It often happens in OpenOffice that individual pages cannot be deleted. We will show you how to proceed.
OpenOffice: delete individual pages
- Mark the complete content of the page with the mouse and press the [Delete] key. Under normal circumstances, the page will now be deleted.
- If this is not the case, there may still be content on the page that you cannot see. Click the paragraph mark icon at the top of the menu bar. This is similar to the mathematical Pi symbol (see picture). Now hidden objects are also visible. You can now delete them.
- If you have inserted a hard break with [Ctrl] and [Enter], you have to delete the page differently: You can recognize the break by the blue line at the beginning of the page. Click with the mouse on the area below the line and remove it with the [Backspace] key (above [Enter]).
