EPlus: Submit a telephone complaint
- As a contract customer of EPlus, you can lodge a complaint by calling Speed Dial 1000. You pay EUR 0.99 per call. For non-customers, the corresponding number is 01771771000. The service is available Monday to Sunday from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m.
- As a business customer, call the free number 1010 from the EPlus network. However, if you have another contract, 01771771010 applies to you.
EPlus: Submit a written complaint
- You can also submit a written complaint using the contact form. Here you can explain your problem in the text field provided.
- If you would like to submit a complaint by post, please send it to the following address: Telefónica Germany GmbH & Co.OHG, Postfach, 14425 Potsdam.
