GLS: Submit a complaint - so it'll work
If you have a reason for complaint at GLS, you can quickly reach the employees. Although the GLS parcel and shipping service strives for the fastest shipping and good service, sometimes something goes wrong. You can read here how to best proceed in this case.
Submit a complaint to GLS - the official way
- You can contact GLS via email on the company's website. Open the GLS homepage and click on the "Service for the recipient" tab. Or use this short link: GLS contact form
- You can often get information faster if you use the telephone hotline at 06677-646907000. The telephone GLS customer service is available from Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m.
- Don't be afraid to raise your complaint on GLS's social media channels. The stronger public of your concern often speeds up the processing significantly. GLS also offers customer support on Facebook and Twitter from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- If your problem has not been solved in this way, a complaint to the quality management department is often helpful. You should then initiate this in writing via the company address: General Logistics Systems Germany GmbH & Co.OHG, Qualitätsmanageent, GLS Germany-Straße 1 - 7, DE-36286 Neuenstein.
