Hertz customer service: contact by email or hotline
- FAQ: You can already find many answers in the company's FAQ.
- E-mail: On the Hertz website you will find a mail form that you can use to contact the company by mail. Note that it may take a day or two for an answer to arrive.
- Post: You can also reach the company by conventional mail. The address is Hertz Autovermietung GmbH, Ludwig-Erhard-Str. 12, 65760 Eschborn.
- Hotline: For car rental reservations, contact 01806 33 35 35. For help or questions about online booking, call 01806 938 814. The two hotlines are open from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. all week. If you have any questions about a booking or about invoices, you can call 01806 003 688 Monday to Friday between 8.30 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. All calls from the German landline cost 20 cents, calls from the mobile network cost a maximum of 60 cents.
