Charge iPad faster - with these tricks it works
If you want to charge your iPad faster, only a few tips are really helpful. We show you what helps and which common measures have little impact.
Tips & Tricks: Charge iPad faster
- If you use the included adapter from Apple, your iPad will be charged with 2.1 ampere instead of only 1 ampere. The socket adapters from iPhones deliver 1 ampere less power and charge your iPad much more slowly.
- The flight mode unfortunately brings next to nothing. If you use a SIM card in your iPad, you can save a few minutes on charging. Without a SIM card, the flight mode only cuts the WLAN and Bluetooth connection, which consume almost no energy.
- If you connect your iPad to a MacBook, it will be charged automatically with the full power of 2.1 amps. On many Windows computers, the USB ports only deliver 1 amp. In the BIOS you can often manually increase the current to 2.1 amps. With the ASUS Ai Charger, your work is relieved.
