Here we tell you how to create a digital signature in LibreOffice. This increases the security of your documents.
Create digital signature in LibreOffice
A digital signature clearly makes you the author of a digital document. You can find out how to create such a signature in LibreOffice here:
- Click on "File" in the top left and then on "Digital Signatures".
- A new window is opening up. Now click on "Sign document ...". Your document was digitally signed.
- Click on "Show certificate ..." to view existing certificates.
- Note: You must save the document beforehand in order to digitally sign it.
