- When inhaling with salt, you inhale over a saline water solution with steam or a nebulizer.
- Place a pot or bowl on a table and fill the respective container about halfway with boiling water.
- Depending on the amount of water, add one to two tablespoons of salt. It is best to use coarsely ground sea salt without iodine added. Ordinary table salt is not suitable for this.
- Hold your face over the container and take a deep breath of water vapor. Cover your head with a large terry towel or blanket.
- Breathe in and out deeply.
- The procedure should be repeated for 10-15 minutes for about five days.
