- Write to the owner of the website immediately and ask them to delete it. Since your personal rights have already been severely damaged, you should set an ultimatum of 12 hours and threaten to involve the police.
- You will find an imprint on every website. The contact details of the responsible owner are given there. If you cannot find an imprint, you can search the data on the website denic.de.
- If nothing happens after 12 hours or even a day, contact the police immediately and file a criminal complaint. We recommend that you contact a lawyer and discuss further law enforcement steps with them.
- If the operator has already deleted the website, you can also file a criminal complaint retrospectively, make an injunction effective and claim damages.
